Technical co-founder Tim Wannier, CEO, comes out of a six-year postdoc with George Church at Harvard, and brings with him proprietary technology and more than a decade of synthetic biology expertise. Ben Kramer, COO and co-founder, is an entrepreneurial veteran and recent graduate of Stanford GS.
