Goodman was the founding CEO of Constant Contact, an email marketing provider for small businesses. She ran Constant Contact from pre-product, pre-revenue and pre-funding to a successful IPO (NASDAQ: CTCT) in 2007 and through its acquisition by Endurance in 2016 for $1.1b. She currently sits on the boards of Shopify (NYSE: SHOP) and Jobber. She is board chair and a mentor at EforAll.org.
