Isabel Pellegrini is the backbone of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. As Pillar VC’s Office Manager, she keeps our team organized, our space welcoming, and our operations seamless.

Before joining Pillar VC, Isabel managed the greenhouse at the Chatham Bars Inn Farm, where she honed her skills in organization, problem-solving, and sustainability. She studied Environmental Studies at the University of Vermont and has a passion for the outdoors.
