Binder previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Layer3 TV, Inc., a next-generation cable provider, before the company was acquired by T-Mobile in 2017. Prior to Layer3 TV, Binder was the President and CEO of Broadbus Technologies, which was acquired by Motorola in 2006.
